Our experience with Colicchio Construction was exceptional and very different from “typical” stories we’ve heard about renovation projects in Westfield. Tom was on top of our project by the minute from start to finish. We remained in our house throughout the project which involved renovating the kitchen and three bathrooms and adding a master bedroom suite, second floor laundry and rear deck. Tom was expert in the issues involved with working on an old house and also had very practical suggestions regarding options for finishes, fixtures, etc. He was able to balance decision-making between the architect, interior designer and homeowner. Tom’s crew and subcontractors were great to work with and we felt comfortable with them in our home. It was clear to us, as early as the bidding process, that Tom was the right contractor for our project.
